If you or a family you know would like to participate in the Adventure for Ava program please fill out the form below.
WHO QUALIFIES?
Alaskan families with a child that has special needs and or physical disabilities. Families with more severe conditions and time sensitive cases will have preference. Program is not limited to children who have a difficult time accessing the outdoors however. Kids with special needs or disabilities who are overcoming their obstacles to access the outdoors are encouraged to participate too.
WHO DOESN’T QUALIFY?
Kids whose sole diagnoses is either Autism, ADHD or Behavioral Disorders.
WHAT’S POSSIBLE?
Adventures are limited to day trips. These adventures can include hiking, sightseeing, boating, fishing, or anything else outside.
